Docents are available to provide your group with a guided tour through Armstrong Redwoods.They will share information about redwood ecology and the history of the park. The tour takes place within the redwood grove along an easy ADA accessible trail that takes you by features in the park which may include the Colonel Armstrong Tree, the Parson Jones Tree, Burbank Circle and the historic forest theater.
Reservations made less than a week in advance will not be accepted without special permission.
Normally because demand is high for programs, scheduling can take up to two weeks, reservations are best made two to three weeks prior to the date desired. We have a particularly high demand in April and May.
There is a park entrance/parking fee of $10 per car, payable upon arrival at the entrance kiosk or automated parking machines.
Please note that if you are arriving by bus there is a day-use fee to be paid at the parking kiosk when you arrive, and not in advance.
Small bus fee for 10-24 passengers: $30.00
Large Bus fee for 25+ passengers: $60.00
