Rachel Hallaway has been a friend to the outdoors for years, exploring the creeks and parks in her neighborhood as a child and new locations on
camping trips. She studied marine biology and life sciences in high school before moving on to forestry and ecology in college. She has worked
on the coast for over six years as an interpretive aide for county parks and for the Stewards of the Coast and Redwoods for nearly four, both
as an aide and as the Field Operations Assistant Manager. She has been and continues to be dedicated to educating visitors about the ocean
and forests and how we can continue to maintain and enjoy them safely. If you have a question about the local wildlife or flowers don’t hesitate
to stop by!
