Old Grove Festival
Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve
PLEASE NOTE: (As of May 1, 2020) At this time we are unsure as to whether or not we will be able to hold the Annual Old Grove Festival. We certainly hope so, but that determination will depend on the directive of the Sonoma County Health Officer. At this time, all large events have been prohibited before Labor Day weekend due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The Stewards board of directors has delayed making this decision and is also considering other options, including a virtual event. Since this is a major fundraiser for Stewards, the decision is a difficult one to say the least. Thank you for your patience and please check back.
The Annual Old Grove Festival takes place at the historic Redwood Forest Theater in Armstrong Redwoods SNR in September. This beautiful open-air
theatre was built in the 1930s. Concerts and theatrical events took place there for decades until the theater was closed in the 1980s out
of concern for natural resource protection. In 2006, the theater was reopened for limited use. Event reservations are limited to alleviate
environmental impacts and due to parking limitations.
This years Entertainers will include:
