Bring your class to a Armstrong Redwoods SNR and provide your students with an exceptional opportunity for learning! Stewards Redwood Ecology Program offers students a chance to walk among the redwood giants and learn about the grove's complex web of life, while seeing a wide variety of flora and fauna. This program is suited for all grade levels.
Reservations are required for all schools as parking and capacity is limited. Spring and fall are very busy times; it is important to reserve your space early. Docents are available upon request for groups of 60 students or less. Please read the guidelines below carefully and following our easy online reservation procedures to ensure the best experience possible.

Stewards and Michael Roa created a guide, Redwood Ed: A Guide to the Coast Redwoods for Teachers and Learners, for those who want to learn and those who want to help others learn about the magnificent coastal redwood environment. The focus of Redwood Ed is on the Sequoia sempervirens species and can be used throughout the coastal redwood region, from southern Oregon to Big Sur.
